Job: Litigator
Lexpertise, a leading law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Litigator to join our team. The Litigator will work with our experienced attorneys to provide legal representation to clients in a variety of practice areas, including commercial law, intellectual property law, technology law, energy law, dispute resolution and arbitration, ESG matters, and data privacy.
Job Description
Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues

Draft and file legal pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations

Work with clients to understand their legal needs and develop effective and practical solutions

Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and take on increasing responsibility for client relationships over time

Keep up-to-date with developments in the law and industry trends.
Qualifications

Bachelor or master’s degree from an accredited law school
-
Active bar membership in good standing

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
-
Demonstrated litigation experience and a track record of success in court proceedings •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
